Protokol exists because peptide therapy deserves the same care, rigor, and design sensibility we bring to the rest of our lives. We are the operating layer between licensed clinicians, compounding pharmacies, and the people they serve.
MISSION
Make precision medicine feel ordinary.
Most people meet peptides through noise — influencers, gray markets, and pharmacies that treat patients like order numbers. Protokol is the opposite of that. We move slowly, label everything, and put a clinician between every patient and every vial.
Our job is to remove the friction around doing the right thing: clean intake, real medical review, properly compounded medications, and follow-through that does not vanish after the first refill.

Pharmacy-grade or nothing.
We work exclusively with state-licensed 503A and 503B compounding pharmacies that publish their COAs.
Patient owns the data.

ORIGIN
Started in a clinic, not a boardroom.
Protokol began in 2025 as an internal tool for a small group of longevity clinicians who were tired of stitching together spreadsheets, fax orders, and patient texts. We built the version of the software we wished existed — and patients kept asking if they could use it directly.
Today we operate a closed network of vetted clinicians and pharmacies, with a consumer experience designed to feel less like a pharmacy and more like a thoughtful letter in the mail.
