These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Protokol website, products, and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated by Protokol Peptide LLC

Medical services are provided by independent, state-licensed healthcare providers, not by Protokol Peptide LLC. A consultation does not guarantee a prescription. Providers exercise independent medical judgment.

4. Pharmacy Products

Compounded medications are dispensed by licensed compounding pharmacies pursuant to a valid prescription. Compounded drugs are not FDA-approved and are not reviewed for safety or efficacy by the FDA.

5. Payments, Shipping, Returns

All sales of prescription products are final and non-returnable, in accordance with state and federal pharmacy regulations, except where required by law.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Services, attempt unauthorized access, resell products, or provide false health information.

7. Intellectual Property

All content, trademarks, and design on the Services are owned by Protokol Peptide LLC or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or distribute them without written permission.

10. Arbitration & Class Waiver

Disputes will be resolved by binding individual arbitration under the rules of the American Arbitration Association. You waive the right to participate in class actions.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to conflict of law principles.

12. Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
